Dr. Sesan Kim Sokoya

Dr. Sesan Kim Sokoya teaches Strategic Management and International Management in the M.B.A. program, manages executive education seminars and workshops, and leads study abroad. He has served as guest lecturer at Hangzhou Normal University in Hangzhou, China, and as visiting professor at the Institut d'Administration des Entreprises (Institute of Business Management) in Caen, France; at the European Summer University in Cherbourg, France; and at JAMK in Jyvaskyla, Finland. His research interests include locational strategies of multinational corporations in developed and emerging markets. He has been published in the Journal of African Business, International Executive, International Journal of Value Based Management, and Journal of Global Business.
Dearius White is a Nashville, TN native. As a recent graduate from Middle Tennessee State, Dearius values the essential knowledge, skills, and abilities taught in the MBA program to help transform the world into a better place. As a 10-year technology professional, gathering a holistic understanding of the business model introduced in the MBA program helped him navigate and drive outstanding results for businesses across the greater Nashville area. Dearius works for Deloitte in their HR Strategy and Transformation enablement department. Dearius role is to understand business processes and incorporate technology into those processes to help Deloitte continue being the leader in delivering world-class solutions to every field of humanity.
